Honey Curried Chicken

  • 1 cup Wildflower honey
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup mustard (Gulden's Spicy Brown)
  • 4-6 skinned chicken breasts cut into small pieces

Melt butter, add honey and mustard, heat mixture thoroughly. Pour over chicken pieces covering completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. (Great on Pork Chops also)

 Honey Cranberry Relish (like a chutney)

  • 3/4 cup Wildflower honey
  • 12 oz. Fresh whole cranberries (frozen is okay)
  • 1 medium orange

Half and thinly slice (1/4") orange, remove seeds. Coarsely chop cranberries and orange slices. Place in medium saucepan, over medium high heat stir in honey. Bring to a boil and cook 3-4 minutes. Cool relish. Serving size 1/4 cup.
