Mill Creek Apiary was established in 2005 with a mission to provide the best quality honey and bee products to our local community.
Operations are handled by our Owner- Jason Shoff, our Apiary Manager- Pat Hurley, and our Product Manager- Val Hicks. Our team has come to this endeavor through a love of bees and beekeeping, and we all take great pride in bringing you the highest quality products.

1 North Main Street in Medford-

Our small family business has grown to manage hundreds of hives, provide pollination to local farmers, educate our community, and produce several delicious varieties of honey and beeswax products, enjoyed by our loyal customers across the country.
We also raise our own honeybee queens and nucleus colonies for sale from our own South Jersey overwintered survivor stock. We manage our bees intensively, we never use synthetic treatments, and we strive to keep our bees as healthy and happy as possible.
We love our bees, our Jersey roots, and the flavors of our local terroir.
