Cinnamon creamed honey is delicious on almost anything, just the right amount of cinnamon….my favorite way to enjoy it is on toasted raisin bread.

Purchased at a farmers market while visiting in NJ. Thrilled I was able to purchase online and have it arrive in a few short days. Every morning I have a glass of water and half a fresh squeezed lemon, started adding a teaspoon of this ginger honey and heat in microwave when my stomach was upset. Loved it so much I have made it part of my morning routine. Warmed or cool. Lovely in many herbal teas! Ginger infusion is just right amount of ginger complimenting the honey.

This is the only local honey that I buy! I first found the honey at a craft show and now I go right to their store in Medford. You can sample the various flavors. Definitely a stop to make for this delicious honey! ✨✨✨✨
