Shipping policy
We're a small family business, and during some busy times of the year we may be out in the apiaries for extended hours, or maybe processing large holiday order volumes. We do our very best to process orders as soon as we receive them. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped so you will know when it's on the way.
The packing peanuts we use are compostable, and we try our best to minimize plastic packaging such as bubble wrap, but there may be situations that require it.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive from the time we ship it. During peak shipping periods, delivery times may take longer than the normal 1-3 business days.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1 North Main St., Medford NJ 08055. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the CONTACT US page, or email jason@millcreekapiary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our goal is for you to 100% satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at jason@millcreekapiary.com. Reference our full return policy on our Return Policy Page.
We accept returns of non-food items only up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jason@millcreekapiary.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
