3/4 cup Wildflower honey
12 oz. Fresh whole cranberries (frozen is okay)
1 medium orange
Half and thinly slice (1/4") orange, remove seeds. Coarsely chop cranberries and orange slices. Place in medium saucepan, over medium high heat stir in honey. Bring to a boil and cook 3-4 minutes. Cool relish. Serving size 1/4 cup.
