2/3 cups Wildflower honey
6 cups raw oats (do not use quick oats)
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup raw cashews, chopped
1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
1/2 cup raw pecans, chopped
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted (olive oil works well)
Preheat oven to 350°. Place oats in a 9"x13" baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with vanilla and stir again. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to keep it from getting too dark on the edges and bottom. (Do not overbake)
