Stuffed Baked Pears with Walnuts & Honey


INGREDIENTS

  • large ripe pears
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp MCA Walnuts & Honey
  • optional vanilla ice cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Cut the pears in half and place on a baking sheet.
  • Scoop out the seeds.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, top each one with a scoop of MCA Walnuts & Honey.
  • Bake in the oven 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and enjoy (with a dollop of vanilla ice cream!)
