Our Pine Barrens Honey is a bold one. It’s smooth and velvety, light to medium amber in color, and leaves a delightful aftertaste of pine candy.
Local, raw, pure, and natural, our Pine Barrens Honey is the result of our bees doing what they do best- within the Pine Barrens. We only step in to collect, filter, and bottle this honey to capture it in all its sticky goodness and deliver it straight to you.

Absolutely loving this local honey! The texture is smooth, it tastes great.
We purchased several different flavors of the 1 lb. jars to try. All of the flavors were delicious. This honey has a very mild pleasant taste, meaning it's not ridiculously sweet like the cheap honey from the supermarket. It's also better than the honey we get at some health food stores. The flavor that is added to the honey (blueberry, lemon, etc.) lingers on the palate, yet is not overpowering. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone.

The lavender honey is delicious. I used the pine barrens honey in homemade granola and put the lavender honey in the lemon ginger tea. Great pairing!
