Our Wildflower Honey meets fresh garlic in our Garlic Infused Honey! The flavor profile is sweet and pungent.
Garlic has an ancient history of medicinal use. We’re featuring it now to help you combat cold and flu season! Studies have shown garlic to be antibacterial and antiviral, mainly due to the compound allicin. Garlic is also shown to support cardiovascular health and have anti-tumor properties. We keep both garlic and honey raw for maximum potency.
For health, we recommend this one by the spoonful, but garlic infused honey is also a great option to spice up your kitchen! Use in dressings and marinades, to glaze chicken or fish, in a stir fry, or on pizza.
I am a 1 woman PR team for the garlic honey. I can’t stop talking about it. 10000 out of 10.

The absolute best! We use it on everything. The delicious flavor compliments all types of dishes. We have tried many different garlic infused honey brands, but Mill Creek Apiary’s garlic infused honey beats them all!

Loving my Honey
I had this for the first time this summer. Loved it. Bought a whole bunch more which I will be giving out as Christmas gifts. I’m making baskets with your honey, a scone mix, fancy tea and recipes from my mom and great grandma to relatives. We’re having a cozy Christmas! But the gifts won’t go until after your Peppermint honey comes out!!

Lovely shop
I went there to purchase honey for my daughter’s bridal shower and ended up purchasing other things that are made with honey. They have beautiful ceramic pieces from the local artisans. Also, they have many tea products. You can try any of those teas right in the shop for a small price. I just love this place!
