Its rich, bold, floral taste comes from the nectar that bees gather from all the trees and flowers within range of their hives in South Jersey, and will vary in flavor and color throughout the season.
Local, raw, pure, and natural, our Wildflower Honey is the result of our bees doing what they do best. We only step in to collect, strain, and bottle this honey to capture it in all its sticky goodness and deliver it straight to you.
It is perhaps our most versatile honey: Aside from your coffee or tea, try cooking, baking, adding it to your skincare routine, or taking it by the spoonful to increase energy, soothe throat irritation, and generally boost your immune system. Best of all, honey never goes bad. You may see crystallization occur over time, but it can be returned to its original consistency by placing it in a warm water bath.
